Single Session $255

A one-hour class focused on intention or goal set by your team. 

4-Week Program $1,800

A one-hour class 2x per week - it will be the most zen, collaborative + productive month of the  year. 

8-Week Program $3,600

Phew?! If you thought 4 weeks was bliss, this 8 week program will serve as an anchor for the rest of the year. We'll custom design a class series unique to your company goals and ethos.  2x one-hour classes per week.
